Member Testimonials…
Has anyone else been listening to the sound bath sessions in the recorded library? Oh my gosh. I’m obsessed. So far, the muscle relaxation one is my favorite. I’ve been doing a session every day and it is amazing. If you don’t have sound sensitivities, I highly recommend these! Dorothy is wonderful, and it’s a passive way to get some vagus nerve stimulation. Check them out if you haven’t yet

“Sound healing with Dorothy has been a wonderful experience. I felt from the first treatment that the sound was literally sifting out impurities embedded in my body and energy field. I had dramatic shifts right away ranging from detoxification symptoms to improved awareness of being connected to the earth. I experienced the felt sense of primal trust from her sound bowl that was attuned to their earth’s frequency and that vibration is now something I carry in my body, almost like my body instrument was attuned to the frequency of this grounding, earthy energy. I have experienced profound consciousness and physical shifts in many of her individual and group sessions and highly recommend this modality that Dorothy offers. She holds a safe space and has an excellent intuition of how to tailor a sound session to individual needs.

As I get closer to the end of my time in the PT Community, I remember vividly the first sound bath I did. The words that deeply resonated for me at that time: You don’t have to carry this anymore (not verbatim). I carried a heavy burden that put pressure on all my bodily systems. I’m very thankful for this awareness as I return to the resilient self that was buried under this weight.Lydia K
